Muisc, Amor and Mana

Rock en Español is Mana.
La poesía en Español is Mana.

June 23, 2011 in the center of downtown Los Angeles, Staples Center, Mana will be finally be performing after years of being absent from its fans.
Mana's latest album, Drama y Luz, takes a trip on the mellow side.  If you haven't listened to the album, be advised not to expect "Oye Mi Amor" beats.  But that isn't to say that this album sucks, on the contrary, it is definitely worth the 15 bucks.  So if you have extra pocket change and you're in the mood for relaxed vocals check out "Drama y Luz."
I've been a loyal Mana fan since I was in diapers.  Growing up, my parents exposed me to Mana.  As I got older I learned to love Mana not only for their style, music composition and vocals but mainly for the messages in their songs.  They make music into poetry and create poetry from their music; it is a talent, a gift given to only a few.
So as the loyal fan I am, for various reasons, I haven't seen Mana live.  But come June 23rd this will change.  I will be part of the massive crowd following Mana.
